Can I cancel my order?

When will my order arrive and how can I track it?

To get an estimated delivery date, please refer to our shipping page. Additionally, when you place your order, we will send you an email with any tracking information provided by the freight carrier.

Does your free shipping policy cover all heavy equipment as well?

Yes, we provide free standard delivery shipping for all the equipment in the 48 contiguous states. Any location outside the 48 contiguous states will incur additional shipping costs.

How do you ship your items?

I need to have my order by a certain date. How can I be sure that it is in stock?
